香港長洲島是個小地方，人們生於斯長於斯，沒有太大抱負也能享受安逸生活。但是偏偏出了個死心眼的“長洲美少女”羅嬌（鍾欣桐 飾），為了報情敵的一巴掌之仇，決心拉上幾個好姐妹參加“出水芙蓉”4x100遊泳接力賽奪下冠軍。為此她綁架到“飛魚王子”郭誌遠（方力申 飾），逼他訓練自己和姐妹們：命犯天煞孤星的病秧子阿玉（黃聖依 飾），草食雙胞胎“大花”（茜利妹 飾）與“小花”（朱熏 飾）。經過一番刻苦訓練，加上阿嬌無意中遇到“海上觀音”（田亮 飾）賦予她的超能力，阿嬌和姐妹們泳技飛漲，郭誌遠也慢慢對阿嬌動了心，隻是被她誤會喜歡阿玉。比賽終於到來，“海上觀音”顯靈令阿嬌他們獲勝，而阿嬌和郭誌遠的愛情卻也隨著誌遠被經紀人接走見了分曉……
