某泰國小青年乘車夜歸，結果坐錯公車，在一個陌生的地方下車。將錯就錯，他逛進一家書店，發現一本名為《見鬼10法》的書，書中羅列了換死人角膜、懷孕自殺、杯仙、十字路鬼、捉鬼迷藏、塗屍泥、屋內打傘、午夜對鏡梳頭、倒栽頭和去死等十種見鬼方法，恐怖驚險卻又引人入勝。在好奇心的驅使下，青年將書買回家中。
不久，他和另外四個朋友聚在一起，這幾個年輕氣盛且膽大妄為的年輕人按照書中的指示玩起了見鬼遊戲。然而，見鬼10法的恐怖之處在於，一旦開始便要進行到底，即使因此失去了性命……
