這世上所有的職業，頑皮金都幹過。在肉食店打工的頑皮金因為一次意外把肉店老板搞到進了醫院，然後肉店老板大難不死後以為受到啟發就想著從事醫生這行業，頑皮金也隨波逐流地跟著，後在醫院遇上一個孤兒小妹妹，頑皮金莫名其妙地被小妹妹的身世所打動，就想天天都來看望小妹妹，可因之前頑皮金曾在醫院裏胡作非為，所以被院長嚴禁入內。為此，頑皮金及肉店老板幾經周折地闖入醫院以見小妹妹。故事一路瘋癲滑稽，幾乎沒什麽常理可言，但又超具童趣以及同情心，正是這部喜劇片的精妙之處。
