警察穀永民（劉智泰 飾）曾經失手導致一名人質死亡，這次失誤導致他辭職，並在反複出現的噩夢中不能自拔。如今在叔叔的商場中擔任保安室長的穀永民遇上了新的案件：曾經發生過大火的商場在整修後準備重新營業，但是商場內卻發生了連環凶殺案。所有被害人都在鏡子前看似自殺，然而他們的傷口卻是由外力所致，難道這一切真是鏡中出現的鬼影所為？穀永民在凶案現場發現了每次都出現的神秘女子，又發現了所有死者之間的聯係。穀永民調查到當時在大火中死去了一名商場職員李正賢，他找到後者的雙胞胎妹妹李智賢，一步步接近了凶案背後的真相……
