忙碌了一天的精神病院監護區的年輕護士凱倫（Ilona Elkin 飾），乘坐最後一班地鐵回家。然而地鐵卻在隧道中間突然停下，緊接著一場血腥大屠殺降臨車廂之中。一群狂熱的信徒打著拯救靈魂的旗號向乘客們展開殘酷殺戮，凱倫和其他幸存者僥幸逃出車廂，不過那群嗜血者仍殺氣騰騰地緊隨其後。在沒有一絲光線的隧道中，生與死的大逃亡就此拉開序幕…… 本片榮獲2007年奧斯汀奇幻電影節Next Wave Special Jury獎、2007年幻想亞洲電影節最佳歐美影片獎。
