黑幫聚會進行中，小頭目尾崎（哀川翔飾）莫名其妙地摔死一隻寵物狗，引得幫派大哥和一幹眾人麵麵相覷。 跟班小弟南（曾根英樹飾）和尾崎前往名古屋，一路上怪事頻發。偶然的急刹車撞擊使得尾崎昏迷不醒，手足無措的南慌亂中走進了一家古怪咖啡館，但回頭出來卻發現座位上的大哥不翼而飛。 於是南開始了尋找大哥之旅，他先是遇見一名男子，又進一家正和旅館，老板娘（富田惠子飾）和她兄弟（曾根晴美飾）是奇怪不已的兩個人。南受到“牛頭”的托夢，繼續跟緊線索尋找。 突然出現了一個年輕女子（吉野公佳飾），她自稱就是大哥尾崎。兩人回到了幫派組織，最後謎底揭曉的那一刻，所有事情真相大白。
