本片根據貝塚結核病靈異醫院恐怖事件改編。
在一所結核病醫學院附屬醫院，患嚴重結核病而死的病人較多，而死後的屍體多數都被送到該醫學院做實驗，醫學院的解剖室更是亡靈的聚集地，陰氣甚重，這裏不斷有各種恐怖靈異事件發生。隻要午夜在靈異解剖室作業的人均會遇到各種恐怖事件。
此醫學院學生林宇為了趕課題研究進度，深夜還在恐怖解剖室實驗。之後，各種靈異事件接連上演：某個門窗被封死的房間內總能聽到腳步聲；在解剖室裏經常會聽到一個成年男子的聲音，卻不見其人；林宇幾位室友也仿佛身陷咒語：有人刹車莫名失靈；有人無故墜樓；有人莫明暈倒，醒來時卻發現自己在解剖室；解剖室裏被解剖的屍體深夜自己坐起……這所醫學院的靈異傳聞逐漸浮出水麵，極度恐懼籠罩了每個人的心頭……
