方晴、王小涵、李彤、朱麗四個是大學同學，幾個人平時形影不離情同姐妹，大學畢業以後，幾個人決定留在北京找工作，在朋友那裏租到了一個便宜的古 宅，幾個人住到院子裏後，發現還有另外一個房客在這裏，一個相貌英俊，但性格怪異的男生，後來，幾個人越來越覺得不對勁，她們發現整個院子都陰森森的，而且一連串的怪事開始發生。
