《死亡筆記》劇情簡介
梁倩（曹斐然 飾）自小就失去了父母，孤苦伶仃的生活在孤兒院中。奶奶的出現給梁倩灰暗的生活帶來了新的希望，奶奶將梁倩帶回家，精心照料，漸漸的，梁倩從曾經那個灰頭土臉的小姑娘，出落成了亭亭玉立的美人。 雖然擁有溫婉美麗的外表，但梁倩的個性卻格外的叛逆，幹了許多莽撞而瘋狂的事情。奶奶因為無法接受梁倩未婚先孕的事實，突發腦溢血去世了，追悔莫及的梁倩在奶奶的遺物中發現了一本神秘的筆記本，其中記載了自己的前世今生。梁倩決定守著奶奶留下的大房子，生下腹中的孩子，然而，一個陌生女租客的到來卻令梁倩的生活再度陷入到了瘋狂的危險和陰謀之中。
