《春雪》劇情簡介
大正時代，出身貴族的鬆枝侯爵家嗣子鬆枝清顯（妻夫木聰飾演），對青梅竹馬的綾倉伯爵家的掌上明珠聰子（竹內結子飾演）情有獨鍾，但清顯一直沒有勇氣向她表白，反而笨拙地示愛或者傷害，甚至因為誤會中斷聯係。然而由於貴族彼此間的複雜考慮，聰子和治典殿下訂了家族婚事，清顯這才發現他對聰子的愛無法自拔，通過多方設法，使兩人得以私下偷會，但恰恰這樣的行為反讓這對情侶都陷入絕望的苦戀而無法自拔，已是他人未婚妻的聰子懷孕後，真相無法掩藏，他們走向了愛情的盡頭。
